Kateryna Lashchuk is a QA Automation Engineer whose professional journey is a great example of successful career transformation, continuous learning, and determination to embrace new challenges. With more than 15 years of professional experience, she brings a unique combination of academic, analytical, and technical expertise to the team.

Before joining the IT industry, Kateryna spent more than a decade working as a Lead Engineer at a university. During this time, she gained extensive experience in process organization, scientific and educational database management, documentation preparation, and project coordination. These skills later became a strong foundation for her successful transition into software quality assurance.

Her move into IT reflects both courage and a strong commitment to professional growth. Today, Kateryna works as a QA Automation Engineer at ProfITsoft, where she contributes to testing and quality assurance for key company clients. During her time at ProfITsoft, she has mastered Playwright, actively adopted modern AI tools, and continues expanding her expertise in test automation and software quality practices.

Her educational background in Economic Cybernetics provides her with a structured, analytical approach to solving complex challenges. Colleagues appreciate Kateryna for her strong organizational skills, ability to work effectively with large volumes of information, collaborative mindset, and focus on achieving results.
